We, Blinks Ltd., our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Blinks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), are committed to respecting your privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the uses of your information is important to us. This section provides detail on how we collect, use and store information and data that we receive. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and you consent to the use of your Personal Information (as defined below) by Blinks as described herein. This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Terms and together they constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

This Privacy Policy applies to any and all Personal Information we may collect or receive including without limitation through our Services. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and therefore we ask you to check back periodically to read the most updated Privacy Policy.   1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you use the Services by logging in through “Facebook Connect” or another social network, we may receive personal information about you which is provided by such social network such as your city and birth date. In order to use the Services, you will be required to register and create a profile. In creating the profile, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your name, telephone, birth date and email address. It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such information we may not be able to register you to use the Site and the Services.

Statistical Information is anonymous and we will not link Statistical Information to any Personal Information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Services, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and to not use it. We will delete any Personal Information provided to us by a user upon the receipt of a written request by such user. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted.

Blinks does not endorse any products or services offered by third parties and we urge our users to exercise caution in using third-party sites or services.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has enrolled to the Services without parental permission, please advise us immediately.
